This standard clarifies the definition, terminology, pricing requirements, test methods, etc. of the ladder water price water meter, and determines the settlement period, settlement date freeze, data storage period and other requirements of the ladder pricing. It is a navigator for water supply management departments to choose ladder pricing water meters for trade settlement!
